Size 2: 10.5" to 12" inches long by 0.75" inches wide (27cm to 30cm long by 2cm wide)

Size 3: 12.5" to 14" inches long by 1" inch wide (32cm to 35.5cm long by 2.5cm wide)

Size 4: 14.5" to 16.5" inches long by 1" inch wide (36.5cm to 42cm long by 2.5cm wide)
